Public Organisation “Right and Prosperity” is a voluntary, self-governing and non- profit public organization. R&P works independently and has a right to cooperate with national and international organizations with similar goals and objectives.
Organisation is registered as a legal entity and shall have its own property, funds which it can exchange, independent financial statement, open several bank accounts; it shall acquire property and non-material rights. Organisation shall be a plaintiff and defendant.
Aims and objectives of “R&P” are implemented in compliance with its Charter, Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, law of RT “On public associations” and international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan. Organisation shall have a right to have a stamp, brand, letterhead with name of the Organisation, its symbols and other identifiers in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation. Organisation shall implement its activities in the Republic of Tajikistan.
