ORGANIZATION SUMMARY:
The public organization “Rights and Prosperity” was registered on August 14, 1998 in the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Tajikistan as a public non-profit organization. The organization underwent four re-registrations in the Ministry of Justice for various reasons;
• On June 6, 2000, the organization was re-registered into the International Human Rights charity organization “Right and Prosperity”;
• On December 24, 2007, it was re-registered into the International Public Organization “Right and Prosperity” due to the adoption of the Law of RT “on Public Organizations”, which provides the mandatory procedure of re-registration of all public organizations; • On June 17, 2016 – into the Public Organization “Right and Prosperity” due to the change of the status of the organisation;
• On June 9, 2017 – due to the change of legal address.
