This information is pertinent to implementation of the Republic of Tajikistan’s obligations under the Article 9 of the CEDAW. Information presented in this document is based on the monitoring, conducted by the International Public Organization “Right and Prosperity” and “Bureau on Human Rights and Rule of Law” in Isfara, Ghonchi, B.Ghafurov and Spitamen districts of Soghd oblast. It is also based on relevant research and situation analyses conducted by local experts and international organizations, particularly UNHCR and UNWOMEN in 2008, 2010 and 2013. Also, the document reflects issues discussed during the regional conference on preventing and decreasing statelessness and protecting stateless persons in the Central Asia, held in Ashgabat on December 9-10, 2009. The document reviews and analyses laws and regulations related to the risk of statelessness, as well as the data from the Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. «Review of family court practices in the context of labor migration of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan

During the preparation of the «Review of family court practices in the context of labor migration of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan» the project team of «Regional Migration Program» has studied judicial practice on such cases as divorce, the appointment and recovery of alimony, housing and property disputes arising from family relations, the establishment of paternity, the determination of child’s place of residence and the practice of free legal advice on the use of family mediation. On the basis of these studies, conclusions are drawn and recommendations proposed.
5. Analysis of civil and administrative litigation of cases of asylum seekers and refugees

This study pursues an objective of drawing attention of public bodies and civil society, which may have an impact on progress in this area, to the problem of guarantee and protection of rights of asylum seekers and refugees in the courts.

7. Review of the National Legislation on Compliance with International Standards on Statelessness, 2018

review of the national legislation on statelessness is being conducted to assess compliance of measures on protection from statelessness introduced by the CL “On Nationality of the RT” with the 1954 Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons and the 1964 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness. The following objectives of the review were foreseen: (1) to analyse current policy and legislation on nationality, civil registration, documentation and so on to identify gaps that affect persons with undetermined nationality; (2) to propose recommendations on improvement of the current legislation. Review of the national legislation was conducted based on desk research. Current report was drafted upon the review.
8. Review of the implementation of the first and second phases of the Human Rights Education Program, 2013-2020, March 2019
This review is supported By The Osce Program Office in Dushanbe and is intended to provide a brief overview of the first two phases of the Human Rights Education Program for 2013-2020 The main objectives of the Review are:
- Summarize the reports and feedback on the results of the trainings, the introduction of the information in the curricula (plans), Review of books on human rights education prepared under the Program, as well as other activities.
- Coordinate activities and achievements of the Program in accordance with the main activities and annual work plans.
- Provide information on progress and gaps in the implementation of the program, the potential long-term impact.
- Formulate recommendations for the action plan for the third phase of the program and development
